The Working Men band was, once again, invited to play music at the Brownfield Community Center. We had the pleasure of backing a few solo performers and enjoyed every minute of it.
There was a great crowd on in attendance, and we started the show with our theme song and continued on with some older classic country music, as well as some country music from the 1980’s and 1990’s, which the crowd loved. We finished the evening with a few Gospel selections, including, “The Touch of the Master’s Hand”, and appropriately ending our evening with “How Great Thou Art”.
While we did enjoy ourselves, we really missed our drummer, Scott Ainsley, due to a death in his family. We asked all who attended to keep Scott and his wife Cheryl in their prayers during this difficult time.
We have been invited back to Brownfield Community Center for some more shows, including for a Christmas show. We hope you’ll stop by and enjoy a great time and a great venue!
